All kinds of scenarios MIGHT happen.īut you are making decisions based on scenarios that are not actually happening. Licenses, software upgrades or maintenance fees may change. Some software becomes obsoleted or requires expensive maintenance or upgrades. I understand your desire to avoid dependencies, but nothing stays the same or lasts forever.
